206 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice the warrants, if any, there are in respect of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1 who is the source of disorder in the Sheriff Street, Dublin 1 area; and if Garda will pursue this matter. [3740/97]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the person concerned has been charged with a number of offences and that these cases are currently before the courts. I am further informed that there are no outstanding warrants in respect of the person.
