Question:231 Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Justice when a decision will be made on an application to the Land Registry regarding boundary rectification for persons (details supplied) in County Galway. [4196/97]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no application currently pending on this folio. I understand that an application for registration of rectification which was rejected on 12 November 1992 does not appear to have been relodged.
If the Deputy will let me have any further information, such as the dealing number or date of lodgment, which may be available, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.

Question:232 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice if she will request the land registry to expedite completion of registration (details supplied). [4270/97]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the reference number quoted refers to a matter which was completed in September 1995. I am further informed that the information furnished is insufficient to trace if a further application is pending in the Land Registry. If the Deputy could indicate the folio number and the date of lodgment of the application for registration, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.

Question:233 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice when the Land Registry Office will have marked a map for a person (details supplied) in County Galway in view of the fact that the matter has been ongoing for the past six months and that the owner of the land is undergoing hardship as a result of the delay. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record of any application currently pending on this folio and that the person referred to by the Deputy is not registered as owner. If the Deputy could indicate the exact date of lodgment of the application, together with any additional reference numbers which may be available, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
