Local Government (Mandatory Listing of Historic Buildings and Protection of Historic Interiors) Bill, 1996: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend, consolidate and extend the law relating to the conservation of the interior and exterior fabric of buildings of special architectural or historic interest and the creation of conservation areas and in so doing to amend the law relating to planning and development; the law relating to national heritage.
