I wish to refer the Deputy to Question No. 251 of 28 January 1997 when I indicated that queries were issued to the lodging solicitor in this case on 27 January 1997 and that the matter could not proceed until the queries raised were satisfactory discharged.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no replies have been received and that the position remains unchanged.
