321 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Justice the number of personnel working in her office on a non-established basis; and the number of such personnel who have unlimited use of mobile telephones which are charged to or reimbursed by her Department. [8278/97]

There are three unestablished officers working in my office. A mobile phone, for official purposes only, has been issued to one of those officers.
