Question:

126 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Justice the number of cases that have been listed for hearing in the non-jury list in the High Court for each week since 7 January 1997; and the number of cases which have been adjourned by reason of the non-availability of a judge to hear these cases. [11663/97]

There were no sittings of the High Court during the week of 7 January 1997 as that week formed part of the Christmas vacation. the number of non-jury actions which were listed for hearing in the High Court each week since the start of the Hillary Term on 13 January 1997 and the number of such cases which were adjourned by reason of the non-availability of a judge are as follows:
