As Minister for Education, I have responsibility for ensuring that all school children, regardless of their personal circumstances, have a right of access to and participation in the education system, according to their potential and ability. Accordingly, I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the forthcoming Education Bill will make provision for children with disabilities.
