236 Miss Fox asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when his Department intends to give written approval to Wicklow County Council to update their preliminary report for the Newtownmountkennedy regional sewerage scheme in view of the fact that this report has not been updated since 1984; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Given the high level of existing commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme, it is not possible to say when this scheme may be advanced.
