My Department are currently awaiting receipt of some additional information which will enable consideration of this application to be finalised.

It is expected that this information will be received shortly, on receipt of which, I will be in a position to make a decision in the case. I would like to assure the Deputy that both he and the applicant will be informed accordingly.
