110 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the number of staff recruited by her Department since taking office; the function and remuneration, including expenses, of each of these staff; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22916/97]

Details of the staff recruited by the Department of Public Enterprise since I took office follow:

**The personal assistant in my office has been appointed from within the Civil Service. The personal secretary is my regular Dáil secretary.
