Statutory Instrument to transpose into Irish law Council Directive 89/336/EEC of 3 May 1989, as amended, in relation to electromagnetic compatibility.

Statutory Instrument to transpose into Irish law Council Directive 93/97/EEC of 29 October 1993 in respect of satellite earth station equipment.

Statutory Instrument to transpose into Irish law Council Directive 95/18/EC of 19 June 1995 on the licensing of railway undertakings.
