Question:455 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in issuing cattle tags to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo which were applied for in November 1997. [1824/98]
Written Answers. - Cattle Identification Tags.
There was no undue delay in the issuing of tags to the person referred to. His application for additional tags was received in his local district veterinary office on 1 December 1997 and following its processing 65 tags issued to him on 23 December 1997.
