251 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 94, 95 and 96 of 11 December 1997 if the Garda investigation into the person who was the subject of these questions has concluded; if a date has been set for the inquest; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the Garda investigation in this case has been completed. The Garda authorities have not yet been advised of the date of the inquest.
