Question:

263 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if he will consider an application from the parents' fundraising committee of Killygarry national school, County Cavan when reviewing their application for the capital grants programme in view of the fact that it is essential that an allocation be made in this case to equip their new school for sport, games and physical exercises. [2502/98]

An application from Killygarry national school parents fundraising committee was received in my Department on 25 March 1997 and will be considered when grant allocations are being made for the coming year in accordance with the criteria for awarding such grants as set out in the terms and conditions of the scheme.
