Written Answers. - Foreshore Licences.
During the period to which the Deputy refers, one foreshore licence — in 1996 — and one foreshore lease — in 1997 — was granted in the Boyne valley estuary. An application for a foreshore lease in the context of the development of Drogheda port was received in 1997 and is under consideration in my Department.
