261 Mr. J. Brady asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the position regarding funding for works at Sliabh na Callaigh, Oldcastle; and the works, if any, that will be carried out there in 1998. [6502/98]

Funding of £200,000 is being made available under the EU Operational Programme for Tourism 1994-99 for improvements at this national monument complex. Work scheduled for this year includes the provision of guide accommodation, toilets and display boards.
