Question:

145 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will reconsider his decision to refuse a three week holiday visa for a person (details supplied); if he requires personal guarantees that the person will leave the country when her three week holiday is completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11591/98]

A request to have this application reconsidered was received on 11 May. This request is being processed and the applicant will be contacted as soon as a decision is made.
