Plans for the refurbishment of Listowel Courthouse have been drawn up and tenders were sought by Kerry County Council for the project. I understand that contract documents are being prepared by Kerry County Council at present and I expect that the contractor will be appointed shortly so that work may commence on the refurbishment of Listowel Courthouse.
