50 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources when he will make regulations to provide that the option provision as contained in section 41(1)(b) of the Harbours Act, 1996, will be extended to persons to whom the section refers; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy will be aware that I have been positively disposed to addressing the provision of the option in section 41(1)(b) of the 1996 Act. The form and content of the necessary regulations are currently being determined in consultation with the Attorney General's office. Its advice in the matter has just been received. I hope to be able to progress the matter to finality in the very near future when I will communicate with the Deputy.
