193 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will outline the reply by his Department to a query (details supplied) which was forwarded to his Department in connection with alleged forged signatures on documents. [15666/98]

The position is that the matter raised by the Deputy is currently sub judice and is, in any event, formally the responsibility of the Chief State Solicitor's Office.
