123 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Cork has applied to the milk quota appeals tribunal for additional milk quota; and, if so, the position with his application. [20054/98]
An application from the person named for additional quota for the current milk quota year has been considered by the milk quota appeals tribunal. The tribunal has not, however, recommended an allocation of quota in this case. The person named has been notified of the outcome of his application.
