Jimmy Deenihan

Question:

169 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when headage grant payments will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23482/98]

Difficulties have arisen in the processing of the area aid application for the person named and he has been informed of them. When these have been resolved, any payments due will issue as soon as possible.

Question:

170 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when headage, cow and beef premia will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [23488/98]

Difficulties have arisen in processing the area aid application for the person named. When these have been resolved, any payments due will issue as soon as possible.

171 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason suckler payments to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath have not been paid in spite of the fact that he had received payments for each of the past five years and his holding has not changed in that time; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the area aid section of his Department is not contactable by telephone; and if he will ensure that payments to this person will be expedited. The area aid application for the person named has been processed and any payment due will issue as soon as possible.
