Question:290 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if any increased payment of a thatching grant can be given to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford. [4323/99]
Written Answers. - Thatching Grants.
The information provided by the applicant indicated that the actual cost of the thatching works done was £2,800. The grant payable is subject to a maximum of two thirds of the cost and, accordingly, the grant of £1,866, is the maximum that can be paid.
