I am not aware of any difficulty in relation to title in the case of the school to which the Deputy refers. The school applied to my Department to have the old site divested. My Department has agreed to the proposal and has provided the necessary documentation to the Office of the Chief State Solicitor in order to effect the divesting. The school is aware of the position.
