235 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parlia mentary Question No. 388 of 10 November 1998, he will again intervene on behalf of a person (details supplied) and rescind the decision made on her visa; if he will make a favourable decision in view of the circumstances; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
