As pointed out in reply to the original representations, the subject of the representations is in the first instance a matter for resolution between the party concerned and the European Commission. It is understood from the latest correspondence received from the Deputy that the Commission has been contacted by the party concerned about the matter and therefore there is nothing I can usefully add at this stage.
