Vol. 505 No. 7

Written Answers. - Grant Payments.

Phil Hogan

Question:

52 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when premia will be paid under the fodder scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14649/99]

The person named did not lodge an application under the 1998 ewe premium or sheep headage schemes and did not hold a milk quota at 1 April 1998. He did lodge an application for the 1998 suckler cow premium scheme but did not hold a suckler cow quota in 1998. Therefore he does not qualify for assistance under the winter fodder scheme.

My Department has no record of receiving an application from the person named under the special fodder hardship fund scheme.
