Vol. 505 No. 7

Written Answers. - Residency Permits.

Gay Mitchell

Question:

95 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a family (details supplied) in Dublin 12 in which the three children were born in Ireland will receive naturalisation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14688/99]

An application for certificate of naturalisation from the person referred to by the Deputy is currently under consideration in my Department. I expect that I will be in a position to advise both the applicant and Deputy of my decision shortly.
