Written Answers. - CIE Property Portfolio.
The review of CIE's property valuation being undertaken by DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald in association with DTZ Pieda Consulting and O'Hare and Associates is nearing completion and I hope to have the final report in the near future. I am not awaiting any other review of CIE's property portfolio.
When this review has been completed and a property disposal programme has been agreed with CIE, my Department and the Department of Finance will then have a firm basis for determining CIE's funding contribution in respect of public transport investment and the level of Exchequer support that will also be required.
