I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that that this application refers to a cancellation of appurtenant rights which was lodged on 20 August 1999. A query issued to the lodging solicitors on the 8 October 1999 and a reply is awaited. The application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can confirm to the Deputy that the matter will be expedited by the Land Registry on receipt of a satisfactory response from the lodging solicitor involved.
