264 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children his decision in relation to the submission for the year 2000 which has been forwarded to his Department by the South-Eastern Health Board on behalf of the regional committee on violence against women; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have received the submission for funding from the Regional Committee on Violence against Women in the South-Eastern Health Board. The submission, along with similar submissions from other health boards, is currently being examined in my Department and a final decision will be made in the context of the funding available to me next year for services for women victims of violence.
