314 Mr. Coveney asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will clarify the percentage of the price of a standard new home paid into the Exchequer in the form of taxes and contributions, to include capital gains tax, tax from the vendor of the land, stamp duty on its purchase, planning charges and contributions, VAT on building materials, VAT on professional services involved, PAYE and PRSI.
