218 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science the new services or extension to existing services which have commenced or will commence in the Waterford constituency during 2000; the amount involved in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12183/00]
The Deputy will appreciate that my Department is involved in the provision of a very wide range of education and training services which extend from pre-school provision through to the area of adult education. He will also appreciate that developments in all of these areas take place on an ongoing basis in response to identified needs.
If the Deputy has a particular area of service in mind, I would be pleased to inform him of the services already provided or proposed in the area in question.
