191 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when the national rural water monitoring committee plans to report to him regarding the level of grant assistance provided to group sewerage schemes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18681/00]

I expect that the second annual report of the national rural water monitoring committee for the year ending June 2000 will be submitted to me and will be generally available before the end of October.
