132 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Health and Children when the Eastern Regional Health Authority will provide orthodontic treatment for a 13 year old person (details supplied) in Dublin 5; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22521/00]
As the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in Dublin 5 is the statutory responsibility of the Eastern Regional Health Authority I have asked the regional chief executive of the health authority to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly as a matter of urgency.
