90 Ms Cooper-Flynn asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will provide the application reference number for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo on his installation aid application; and if a final decision has been made in this case. [22752/00]

The person named reference number SIA 52/0036 – is ineligible for the scheme of installation aid as he was unable to attain the minimum labour requirement of one man work unit within two years of setting up on the farm as required under the conditions of the scheme.
