279 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry to expedite a dealing for a person (details supplied) in view of the fact that the necessary documentation is needed for further legal transactions; if he will make a favourable decision in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the registrar of titles that this dealing refers to an application for transmission of part which was lodged in the Land Registry on 21 September 1999.

I am further informed by the Land Registry that this dealing is currently awaiting drafting and subject to no queries arising, should be completed within the next two weeks.
