Higgins asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the occasion on which she last attended a formal meeting of EU Culture Ministers; if she considers her attendance record as satisfactory having regard to the number of meetings she has missed and the important matters being considered and if she will make a statement on the matter.
