Question:1034 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will expedite application for transfer of a property to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [1647/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a transmission on death which was lodged on 1 December, 2000. Dealing No. D2000JS011613Q refers.
I am further informed that queries issued on 17 and 24 January 2001 to the lodging solicitors and that on receipt of a satisfactory response the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
