Question:158 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a land certificate for a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will be made available from the Land Registry Office. [4090/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer which was lodged on 21 July 2000. I am further informed that queries issued to the lodg ing solicitors on 22 November 2000 and that the application cannot proceed further until the queries have been satisfactorily resolved.
However, I can assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
