Vol. 530 No. 4

Written Answers. - Implementation of Report.

Ruairí Quinn

Question:

159 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when he will implement in full or in part the recommendations made in a report (details supplied); the precise action he will take in relation to those recommendations; the timetable for their implementation; the reason some of those recommendations may not be implemented in the form set out in the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4091/01]

Work is proceeding on developing an implementation plan in respect of the recommendations in the report, based on consultations with other Departments and agencies. I expect to submit the plan to Government for approval in the near future.
