110 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cavan is not entitled to high dependency rate subvention in a nursing home; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8494/01]

The provision of health services in the Cavan area is a matter for the North Eastern Health Board.

I have asked the chief executive officer of the board to examine this case and respond to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
