Written Answers - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a first registration application and an application under section 49, that is, acquisition of title by virtue of long possession, of the Registration of Title Act, 1964, which was lodged on 13 November 2000. I am further informed that when the results of searches undertaken in the Registry of Deeds and the Judgements Office are received, the application will be finalised. Having said that, I can inform the Deputy that the application is expected to be completed in the next few weeks.
