469 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will expedite a Land Registry dealing submitted by Cork Corporation on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24253/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for first registration which was lodged on 7 December 2000. Dealing No. D2000CK016306G refers. I am further informed that queries issued to Cork Corporation on 10 January 2001 and that on receipt of a satisfactory response to these queries the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.
