413 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to an application (details supplied) to the Land Registry Office; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25182/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for a transfer order was received on 25 February 2000. I am further informed that a reply to the query of 24 October 2000 has been received. However, I can inform the Deputy that a further query issued on 22 October 2001 to the lodging solicitors and that the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. I assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible after a satisfactorily reply has been received.
