150 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 260 of 16 October 2001, his Department has reviewed this file; when an inspection will be carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28137/01]

The examination of the application in this case revealed that supporting documentation was incomplete. The application was returned to the person named on 31 October advising him to resubmit the application with the necessary documentation.
