192 Mr. Connaughton asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the reason a forestry premium payment has not been made to a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28809/01]

Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources (Mr. Fahey):

I understand that outstanding issues relating to payment of the claim for the afforestation grant have now been resolved and payment of both the grant and forestry premium will be made within the next few weeks.
