196 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he has satisfied himself that his reply to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 183 of 13 November 2001 and 139 of 7 November 2001 is in accordance with his public statement, which statement was the subject matter of Parliamentary Question No. 183 of 13 November 2001; if he will clarify the situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
