Question:350 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when the registration of a schedule will be completed in the Land Registry office for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [30599/01]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
With regard to my reply of 10 May 2000, Question Ref. no. 12971/00, I can inform the Deputy that the application in question was indeed expedited and was completed on 1 June 2000. I understand that the person mentioned by the Deputy was informed by letter on the same date and a copy of the new folio was sent to her. I am further informed that there are no further applications pending on the folio mentioned by the Deputy.
