Subhead C3 – The local authority swimming pool programme provides funds for grant-aiding the provision of new and replacement pools and the refurbishment of existing local authority swimming pools.

Subheads C4 and C5 – Provides funding towards the administration and general expenses of the Irish Sports Council and the various programmes and initiatives assisted by the council as provided for under the Irish Sports Council Act, 1999.

Subhead C6 – Sports Campus Ireland – provides funding towards the development of stadium and Sports Campus Ireland, which is overseen by Campus and Stadium Ireland Development Limited, the company established to manage the development at Abbotstown, County Dublin.
